This week, we met with Kevin Chen, Head of Sales and Marketing at Cottage. Unlike the other ADU companies we have met with over the past year plus, which have all offered some type of prefab ADU product, Cottage offers a custom product, giving the homeowner more control over the design and finishes of their ADU. They implement modern technology to streamline the design and build process, educate the homeowner, and provide transparent project management.
